Working with Harlee Lynn Photography feels like hanging out with a friend who just happens to have a camera in hand. From your first message to your final gallery, every step is relaxed, intentional, and full of heart. I'll invest deeply in every couple I work with; getting to know your story, what matters most, and the small moments that make it yours.

FAQ:
01. How long do you store my photos?
I will hold your images for up to 6 months. I hold on to your RAW and edited files for as long as I can, but please be diligent about downloading multiple copies!
02. Do you travel for destination weddings?
I am located in Tulsa, Oklahoma but will travel anywhere. Typically, I charge per mile when it comes to driving anything 30 miles outside of Tulsa. If you’re within a flight’s distance. I just charge you for the flight. Hotel stay or lodging expenses are required for any event/session more than 3 hours away.
03. How long does it take to receive the photos?
I will deliver photos as soon as I can! For my own sanity, I give myself 4-8 weeks for weddings depending on chosen package and 2-3 weeks for regular/portrait sessions. Depending on my schedule, I can deliver photos even sooner, so keep an eye on your email!
All completed, edited images will be delivered via a high resolution, downloadable gallery.
04. How does payment work?
I require a 25% non-refundable retainer on sessions to secure your date for you. This also goes toward your package total. This will be asked upon signing the contract. The remaining balance is due the week of your session.
